To proceed with national recreation strategies to its full extent, government reform is the primary task. Government must carry out structural or functional reforms to accomplish Smart Growth, inclusive and sustainable social development. New era seeks for new national development strategies.

‘Government Reform to Recreate the Nation’ offers measures to overcome the structural vulnerabilities. The book primarily proposes the framework for government reform including proper connection between government and politics and ideal relationship between the central, the local government and public institutions.
