A leader without philosophy in state affairs is guilty of acting against the people’s will and the history.

A leader must possess four great virtues. First, a leader has to love the people and ceaselessly discipline oneself. Second, a leader must have visions and schemes. Third, a leader must appoint judicious officials and attentively listen to their words. Lastly, a leader must predict upcoming administrative missions and cultivate descendant with historical awareness.

A leader should not lure the people with sugarcoated policies or abdicate one’s responsibility. A leader should put public interests before that of the individuals and speak up for silent majority. Only a leader with firm philosophy in state affairs can sacrifice for the people and lead them to a better future.
