Summary

A house is a place of life at which a person lives in. It is not only a place where a person stays but also where a family’s life and love blossoms and a place of education and culture where the next generation’s personality is formed. The resolution of the housing issue is a very important government task. However during the participatory government time period, the price of houses expanded in polarization and the social conflicts worsened, limiting the normal residential mobility and ultimate increased the discomfort of the people. Consequently, this book attempts to provide a plan to escape the past housing policy of the participatory government, indirectly support the people’s average living standards, and stabilize the housing quality of the poor and second-class citizens.
