We need to set first priority on national defense policy in order to protect the people’s lives and assets from the threats of the North Korean nuclear weaponry. For this, we must show our efforts to the people by creating a ‘North Korea nuclear threat assessment team’ on a government level, forge a missile defense network, and explain that if North Korea’s attack is imminent, a preemptive strike is inevitable. If we say we need 10~20 years to prepare the weapons and tools, we need to find a response plan to survive until then.
