The establishment of constitutionalism is the 21^st century national goal and one of the most important preconditions to achieve Korean advancement. Through the establishment, we can materialize a true free society, a prosperous society of economic development, a trust society of high class, and ultimately can lead to an advanced nation which we believe is our goal of the era. Our nation is currently in a crisis on whether to advance, halt, or regress.
