“Why has Korea struggled for the past 10 years?” “Where is the cause?” “What should Korea do in the next 10 years to stop the drift and regression of the past 10 years and to become and advance nation?” Such questions can only find their answers in the amalgamation of advanced political power, advanced policy power, and advanced people’s power. The philosophy of Korea’s advancement should be communitarian liberalism. In other words, the ideal index of advancement should have a liberalism that sets individual dignity, creativity, and freedom as the utmost value as the fundamental principle. In addition, a communitarianism that sets emphasis of social community, historic community, and environmental community should be the principle of supplementation. This book wishes to handle issues of tax reform, law reform, education reform, regional balanced development, government restructure, and political reform for Korean advancement with philosophical bases.
