This work provides a theoretical perspective towards the fundamental restructuring of the educational reform and discusses the process’ direction towards practical challenges in policies. The message intended in this book is that we need to harden the institutional and legal foundation to support the proper reform philosophy in order to continuously proceed with it and expect a successful outcome. This implies that we lead to lead a direction of the current educational laws to one that expands the autonomy and accountability of the students and the professor rather than being centered on the responsibility and authority of the government.
