This book wishes to discuss the issues of the welfare policy in a political and social perspective regarding the problem of increased unemployment rate even when the government made more expenditure on policy restructuring. The direction is a decentralization welfare that reflects on situations in regions, working welfare, and consumer-centered welfare.
