In the globalization period of the 21^st century, not only do ‘people, product, and information’ travel over borders but also do ‘money and danger’. The world finance market’s size is rapidly growing and the amount and speed of the asset transfer between nations is growing fast. The market is unstable and management is getting harder. Our dream, goal, choice, and decision now will affect the future of Korea 50,100 years later. Individual, firm, or nations all make history and future through thoughts. We must overcome to original copied paradigm and combine our and the Western paradigm to complete a ‘creative advancement’ or ‘Korean advancement’. So what is Korea’s new 21^st century national goal and strategies for it?
