After the 2^nd World War, Korea has achieved an unprecedented rapid growth in human history. Consequently, we have jumped to a middle class nation and also succeeded in industrialization and democratization. But this proud nation is hesitating right before becoming an advanced nation. How can we overcome the challenges and difficulties face at the immediate vicinity of the advanced nations and change this to an opportunity of development? The author believes the advancement of Korea is the ultimate national vision and task that requires the knowledge and power of all of the citizens. Thus, the following work presents an advancement strategy that all of the people prepares and dreams for the future and the world.
