This conference is designed to posit the discussion on the issue of the

B. The

desirable, and both feasible and manageable, contrary to the misconception that
it is not a matter for imminent attention, and would turn out to be a disaster
that stays beyond our capacity to control. Rather it will be ascertained that
the integration of the Korean Peninsula would serve as the unprecedented moments
of blessings for not only Korea, but the entire region of the North-East Asia
through all the component of regional security, peace, affluence, and leaping
growth that it would eventually bring together.
C. This gathering
stresses that the task of the Korean integration should be placed initially upon
the shoulder of South Korea, yet would be possibly accomplished when
commissioned in close collaboration with neighboring states in the region and
the international community. In this conference, keen attention should be given
to the views of the high-level policy makers, and experts participating from
concerned states with substantial stakes in the Korean integration. Focus will
also be rendered on the actual subjects and features of the regional and
international cooperation essential to the achievement of the integration in the
Korean Peninsula in the age of the 21th century North-East
Asia.
D. The conference is also meant to serve as the focal point
for the like-minded experts bound by the common belief in the worth and
inevitability of the Korean integration. Hence, the birthplace of the
international forum that would continue to function as the roundtable for the
regional and international dialogue until the day of the emergence of the Korean
integration.
